Dynamic Smart Lighting

Inbuilt Lux Level Sensing
All of our luminaires sense the surrounding ambient light levels and constantly feed this data to devices on the network, ensuring fine-tuned daylight harvesting and savings.
True Presence Detection
Each luminaire can be fitted with presence detection from basic PIR and Microwave through to thermal camera technology, knowing precisely when a space should be illuminated.
Cloud Control
Individually, luminaires have preset configurations at the point of commissioning. However, new instructions such as seasonal schedules, light levels and lux maintain points can be distributed from the cloud platform.
Air Conditioning

Make Traditional Air Con Units Smart
Our AC interface cards connect directly to the internal controller and allow for bespoke management of the unit, reducing unnecessary usage and full visibility of the costs.
Connects Directly To The Wireless Mesh
Air Conditioning controls can be managed independently using our wireless mesh cards or they are able to connect to an existing mesh system which may have been deployed via lighting or other assets.
Powered By The Existing Air-Con Interface
Our interface cards are powered by the same method as local wall controllers and thermostats. They simply connect to the AC units existing interface and translate traditional logic into modern IP data packets, which then provide remote control and visibility.
Wireless Relays
Wired relay controls are very common in building management solutions. We have taken this capability a step further and built our wireless mesh technology into power switching relays, giving infinite reach and controls where traditional wired systems simply can’t solve the problem.
External Lighting Retrofit
Add finite controls to external lighting around car parks, street lighting, storage spaces etc. Where dynamic controls are not required, simple relay switching could be the answer. No need for control cables.
Water Heater Controls
Add another layer of savings above generic thermostatic controls of your water heaters and point-of-use items. The cloud can handle schedules of operation and ensure unnecessary heating of water when buildings are not in use.
Heater Panel Controls
Retrofit old and new heater panels to provide further savings. Monitor ambient temperatures, presence detection, and determine the operation of panel heating.
Air Quality Sensors
Sensors for air quality and other environmental conditions can be easily deployed. Our sensors measure all indoor and outdoor air quality parameters and can also be linked to HVAC systems to control air circulation and scrubbing.
Indoor Air Quality
Our lab-grade IoT Air Quality sensors provide detailed real-time analysis of the particles, gases and toxins within the environment. PM1, PM2.5, PM10, CO2, VOCs & temperature, humidity and pressure as standard. Specific toxins and gases can be easily added to the sensor array.
Outdoor Air Quality
An IP68-rated enclosure with sensor array capabilities for monitoring Ozone, Nitrogen Dioxide and Sulfur Dioxide. We also provide a particle sensor system which will meet the environment agency’s MCERT requirements.
Bespoke Sensors
We also provide a bespoke sensor array option for our clients. If you would like to add additional sensing capabilities to the array such as noise (dB), wind speed & direction or just a specific gas or toxin, just ask!

A digital twin is a digital representation of a physical object, process or service. A digital twin can be a digital replica of an object in the physical world, such as a light fitting, Air Conditioning unit or Heater Panel. Our digital twinning capabilities can even extend to whole cities!
